Dave Smith is the CFO/Senior Vice President (January 2005) and Sr. Vice President of Key Safety Systems’ Specialty Business Unit (July 2009).

Prior to joining Key Safety Systems Mr. Smith served in a series of increasing financial roles over the course of 19 years beginning with Ernst & Young and prior to KSS he was the CFO of Key Plastics L.L.C.

During Mr. Smith’s tenure Key Plastics business grew revenue from $200 million in 1997 to more than $650 million in 2004.

Mr. Smith graduated cum laude from Eastern Michigan University and passed the CPA Exam on the first sitting.

Tony Nardone is the Vice President of the Specialty Products Business Unit of Key Safety Systems.

During his 18 years with Key Safety Systems, Mr. Nardone held the positions of Vice President of Global Program Management, Director of Program Management - NA, Director of Sales and Program Management - Asia, Business Team Leader - Japan and Account Manager - Japan.

Before joining KSS in August of 1995, Mr. Nardone served as Sales Account Manager and Quality Assurance Manager with ITT Automotive. Previously, he served as Quality Control Manager for Edgewind Dies and Stampings. Prior to that, he served as Quality Engineer for National Auto Radiator.

Mr. Nardone has a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of the Industrial Engineering Program from St Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Dave Gunther is the Vice President of Business Development for the Specialty Products Business Unit of Key Safety Systems. Mr. Gunther has over 25 years of experience in international sales, marketing, program management and engineering management fields. In his 14 years with Key Safety Systems, he has held management positions in sales and program management, most recently as the Director of Sales for KSS’ GM Global Business Team.

Mr. Gunther has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Oakland University.
